The Highlands of Scotland are where beautiful glens meet majestic mountains and quiet rivers.. mysterious moors and deep lochs are just but a few of the wonderous natural aspects of this romantic and adventurous land.. here you'll see images of some beautiful Scottish countryside.. much of it covered in snow.. the Sadler brothers encountered every type of precitpitation there is during their trip: rain - sleet - snow - and hail.. and temperatures hovered in the low 30's.. but being from the South and knowing the long hot summer will be quickly upon them the cool weather was welcome.
